T1015A 12GHz Passive Differential TDR Probe Kit
The LAB105 T1015A 12GHz differential TDR probe kit connects PCB and other devices without connectors to differential TDR/TDT module. Engineers can accurately characterize differential impedances in the time domain and frequency domain by TDR or Vector Network Analyzer. Calibration and de-skew can improve measurement accuracy by using error correction to compensate for systematic errors.
Main Function
- For high speed applications, more and more requests for differential measurements are needed
- No active components inside, it acts as transmission line or passive device
- When TDR instrument generates test signal, measurement of the reflection portion through probe kit to calculate the impendence will be reached
- Can be utilized with Vector Network Analyzers (VNA) for balance devices testing
